    Job Description / description de l'emploi

    To ensure that all invoices incurred by the hotel are paid on a timely basis according to the Omni standards.

    Qualifications / qualifications

    • Must have working knowledge of basic computer systems and intermediate computer skills.
    • Must be organized and detail oriented.
    • Must have a sense of urgency and a willingness to complete everything as outlined in job description
    • High school or equivalent education required.  Bachelors Degree preferred.
    • Previous experience desirable in hotel setting or Accounting

    Responsibilities / responsabilités

    Responsible for overall Accounts Payable process

    Maintain cordial working relationship with vendors. 

    Maintain responsive and timely communications with internal and external guests

    Be able to learn and use software, such as BirchStreet, Oracle, Concur and other business programs

    Be able to meet weekly and monthly deadlines. Willing to work flexible hours when needed.

    Be able to take on additional assignments from management.
