    Job Description / description de l'emploi

    Under the direction of Chef, the kitchen helper will assist in preparing meals and maintaining the kitchen in each of the kitchen department, including the cafeteria. Ensure that Omni Service and Standards are met at all times.

    Qualifications / qualifications

    •Basic Culinary and Knife skills required
    •Professional College Enrolment
    •Available to work a variety of hours
    •Previous experience preferred
    •Ability to multi-task
    •Flexible Scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Responsibilities / responsabilités

    •Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines
    •Ensure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to service
    •Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned station
    •Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frame
    •Prepare a mixture of buffet and plated style items
    •Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times
