    Job Description / description de l'emploi

    The Festive Desk Coordinator will be responsible for assisting management in the daily operations of the food & beverage outlets, as well as manning the festive season desk.  This position is a seasonal contract position and the candidate will be required to work on December 24th and 25th, 2018 and January 1st, 2019. 

    Qualifications / qualifications

    • Previous customer service experience with minimum of two years in a similar capacity
    • Excellent communication, technical and basic computer skills
    • Able to handle stress effectively
    • Hospitality diploma or degree preferred
    • Ability to speak and understand other languages is an asset
    • Must have the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
    • General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Must have a strong attention to detail as well as strong customer service skills
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
    • Hotel Management degree or diploma an asset

    Responsibilities / responsabilités

    • Assisting management in the daily operations of the food & beverage outlets
    • Handle all enquiries and selling the festive events
    • Delivering prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food & Beverage standards and company policies and procdures
    • Other responsibilities as assigned
