    Job Description / description de l'emploi


    To provide the appropriate billing and back up documentation to support the accounting department as needed.

    Qualifications / qualifications

    • College degree (accounting preferred) or equivalent.
    • 2 years of previous hotel accounting experience highly preferred.
    • Knowledge of computerized accounting system.
    • Strong knowledge of spreadsheets, both building and maintaining.
    • Good time management skills.
    • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and Excel.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.

    Responsibilities / responsabilités

    • Prepare Daily Revenue Report
    • Review Allowance and House Use accounts
    • Participate in Month-End Closing
    • Oversee accounts on hotel ledger
    • Process TA Commissions
    • Daily Tax and Cash Reconciliations
