    This pivotal role will be responsible for managing day-to-day aspects of the Omni Service Center Human Resources functions, including onboarding, culture programming, internal communications, performance management, Associate relations and Associate engagement as well as liability prevention and legal compliance according to Omni standards. The Omni Service Center (OSC) serves as the corporate headquarters for Omni Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hotel company regarded as an “employer of choice” in the hospitality industry driven by its exceptional, family-oriented culture, commitment to career development and delivery of award-winning, authentic experiences.

    Qualifications / qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Must have at least two (2) years of experience in Human Resources as a basic generalist, ideally in the hospitality industry
    • Must be detail oriented and able to complete assignments timely
    • Must be able to prioritize workload
    • Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to coach, counsel, advice, influence, mentor and motivate Associates and managers
    • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity

    Responsibilities / responsabilités

    • Pre- and Post-Employment Processes
    o Oversee completion of WOTC paperwork if applicable
    o Conduct exit interviews for all hourly Associates and ensure pay check distribution is complete


    • Associate Stay Processes
    o Schedule and conduct stay interviews with new hire Associates within 30 days of employment to ensure Associate engagement
    o Conduct non-escalated investigations and assist in making employment status decisions
    o Administer the performance appraisal and salary increase programs
    o Validate changes, updates and other pay changes biweekly prior to payroll close
    o Responsible for clear and accurate documentation of all Associate issues on a timely basis following counseling and disciplinary procedures


    • Associate Relations
    o Provide counsel to the OSC Associates as requested by Associates
    o Participate in Associate feedback programs following the Associate Engagement survey and assist in creating action plans that move the OSC forward


    • Compliance
    o Respond to unemployment claims
    o Ensure employee termination decisions follow Omni standards
    o Maintain all Associate Services Standard Operating Procedures
    o Ensure the Associate Services meets the standards as evaluated by Audit Services
