    This role will be responsible for supporting the Omni Service Center Human Resources functions (Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition) by performing key data analysis and system improvement functions.     Qualifications / qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • UltiPro experience preferred
    • ICIMS experience preferred
    • Experience with HR data and systems
    • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skill (macros, v-lookup, pivot tables, formulas, etc.
    • Ability to interpret data and make necessary decisions to address issues and identify trends
    • Ability to multi-task
    • High attention to detail

    Responsibilities / responsabilités

    • Health & Welfare
    o Ongoing and new hire hours check
    o Reconciliation and approver for Office Service Center PTO


    • Compensation
    o Compile and provide data for requested wage survey participation
    o Provide support as necessary for requirements of legal entities such as DOL/OFCCP
    o Annual EEO-1, Vet-4212 reporting
    o Calculate annual HICS salary ranges
    o Collect and report compensation data by utilizing HICS and other survey programs
    o Recommend or generate Business Intelligence reports as requested by field
    o Team with HR Generalist to create and maintain annual review spreadsheets
    o Provide technical assistance to end users through ticketing system


    • Talent Acquisition
    o Provide user administration for the applicant tracking system, iCIMS, by serving as a help desk for the field, managing iForms, working on system improvements, and collaborating with iCIMS stakeholders
    o Provide user administration for the background check vendor and provide assistance to users across the field
    o Work directly with America’s Job Exchange to ensure company’s requisitions are being posted compliantly
    o Flag negative reviews on Glassdoor to ensure positive, accurate information is displayed on company page
